Capricious

I shot Sonic Twist’s® playful performance of “Capricious” during a two-day session at the Heard Instinct Studio. It offers a glimpse into just how spontaneous and interactive vocalist Judi Silvano and guitarist Bruce Arnold can be. There are no effects on the voice or the guitar, just music as it is being made in the moment. Judi slides and warbles like a lark with Bruce buoying her up like a gust of Spring wind. I couldn’t resist keeping the final few seconds after the music stops in the edit. How often do we see such out and out happiness outside of a playground? Fun stuff.
